Studio34 Details and Rates

Details 

Capacity - 100

Tables and chairs are not included

Bathrooms: 2

Food can be served but there is no kitchen 

Alcohol can be served but cannot be sold unless you work with a caterer (you must provide us with a copy of the caterer's license) 

If you would like access to our sound or lighting equipment you are required to hire our in-house technicians. Additional fees apply

 

Corporate Events and Wedding Rates

-$1500 : 24 to 36 hr rental, includes set up and clean up time

-$1000 : 12 to 24 hr rental 

-$250 deposit is required to hold your date and can be applied to rental rate

-$500 Damage deposit will be held and if no damage is incurred will be  returned to you within 2 business days

Must carry event/alcohol insurance and have security on site

A studio representative will check you in and out at the end of your event. 

 

Concerts with professional promoters and large private parties (over 50 guests)

-$500 : Evening load in - starting at 5pm

-$700 : Day load in - starting at noon

-$100 deposit is required to hold your date and can be applied to rental rate

-$250 Damage deposit will be held and if no damage is incurred will be  returned to you within 2 business days

Must carry event/alcohol insurance and have security on site

A studio representative will check you in and out at the end of your event. 

 

Local Artist produced concerts 

-$450 : Evening load in - Starting at 5pm

-$550 : Day load in - Starting at noon

-$100 deposit is required to hold your date and can be applied to rental rate

-$250 Damage deposit will be held and if no damage is incurred will be returned to you within 2 business days

Must carry event/alcohol insurance and have security on site

Small parties (under 50) and events (like poetry nights, acoustic concerts etc)

-$350 : Evening load in 

-$400 : Day load in 

-$100 deposit is required to hold your date and can be applied to rental rate

-$250 Damage deposit will be held and if no damage is incurred will be  returned to you within 2 business days

No security or event insurance needed

Self checkout - take photos of the space as you leave

 

Classes, rehearsals -

-25/hr

-May enter 15 before the class to set up 

-No security or event insurance needed
